Patterson Foundation values the strong connection with Patterson Companies and its employees. It’s no surprise that giving back to our communities runs in the DNA of our team. Volunteering nationally and locally, each region is empowered to volunteer in the way the team feels it can best serve its community – whether cleaning up after natural disasters, hosting and helping with dental services or helping a local animal shelter.

Together, we’ve volunteered for Mission of Mercy, Freedom Service Dogs, FFA, Second Harvest Heartland and more. Additionally, through our Dollars for Doers program, the Foundation donates $100 for each employee when they volunteer with at least one additional Patterson employee. Yearly, that provides an average of $90,000 to local nonprofits.
