Giving Week is a time for giving back
This year’s employee annual giving campaign was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when our people come together to do good in their communities. From December 1 – 5, 2025, employees across the organization showed up in meaningful ways – through volunteering, donating and gathering supplies for local food banks.
Together, employees donated 2,450 food drive items, providing an estimated $4,704 in value to local food shelves at a critical time of year. Our finance teams around the country rallied to donate the most food items.
Our volunteers also packed 5,500 dental kits, delivering approximately $10,000 in essential supplies to individuals and families in need – far surpassing the goal of 4,000 kits.
More than 300 employees put their names in the hat to win Vikings/Packers tickets, raising $3,487 for the Patterson Foundation.
Employees supported 27 different nonprofit organizations throughout the week, and a majority of those organizations received Dollars for Doers donations tied to volunteer events.
Taken together, these efforts represent more than impressive metrics – they reflect a culture of generosity, service and shared responsibility.
